Spiritual Cinema Circle with
Inspirational and Enlightened Independent Films
The
Spiritual Cinema Circle
makes films available to the public on a monthly basis and generally features themes that are uplifting and thought provoking without being preachy.
Their philosophy seems to be that mainstream film has lost its way in communicating positive messages to their audiences in favour of the big payoff. This has led to a film business that is essentially broken.
Success in this endeavor has led to another branch of films called
Earth Cinema Circle which has brought the popular
"Garbage Warrior"
among others.
"The Spiritual Cinema Circle
originally grew out of collaboration between film producer Stephen Simon and psychologists Kathlyn and Gay Hendricks.
"Stephen had produced many beloved movies with spiritual themes, such as "Somewhere In Time" and "What Dreams May Come," and had given hundreds of talks and seminars on the emerging genre of
Spiritual Cinema.
During that time The Hendricks had created a non-profit foundation dedicated to creating a new consciousness in mass media".
"Before now, hardly anybody got to see the best movies made each year. Now, with The Circle, you can enjoy heartful, soulful movies ... without leaving home."
β Stephen Simon
"Itβs not often you can combine entertainment with personal growth but that is exactly what
Spiritual Cinema Circle
offers. These engaging films provide important messages about life, love and the world we live in."
β Jack Canfield, author Chicken Soup for the Soul
"Spiritual Cinema
provides a great service if you want to evolve and be entertained."
